General
Noid Health AB (hereinafter “Noid”), with corporate registration number 556955–5872, is part of a global concept called Health Optimizing. Noid provides health services in the form of health screenings, treatment programs, courses, training sessions, lectures, health products, and other events. The health services are provided digitally and/or through in-person meetings at a location designated by Noid. “Service” refers to the health service(s) ordered by the Customer. “Customer” refers to the natural or legal person who purchases one of the aforementioned health services. “Client” refers to the natural person who receives the purchased service(s).
General
Noid specializes in technology-based integrative medicine, which complements conventional and alternative medicine. It is a comprehensive clinical concept that incorporates leading, non-invasive technologies capable of accurately mapping thousands of health parameters to identify the underlying causes of the Client’s health issues, and offers various treatment methods to balance and optimize health.
Applicability
These General Terms and Conditions apply between Noid and the Client for each order of a Service and must be accepted by the Client before the Service can be performed.
Before the first visit
Acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, and the Consent Form is required before Noid can begin working with a Client or a Customer. Prior to the first visit, the digital health declaration sent via email should also be completed and submitted by the Client so that we can be prepared for your visit.
Booking and Payment Terms
The Client books an appointment for the service either directly through the digital booking portal on the website or by contacting Noid directly and in consultation with Noid. Cancellation of a purchased service may be made up to 24 hours before the service begins. After that, the service cannot be canceled and will be charged according to the standard price list. To cancel a purchased service, contact Noid by phone, email, or text message.
Prices and Payment
Standard prices for our basic examinations are listed on the website. Prices for our various treatment options and special offers are available upon contacting the clinic. Noid’s services are primarily health services for which no VAT is charged. To the extent that tax regulations change or if Noid’s services are in any way deemed not to fall within the scope of VAT exemption, Noid reserves the right to add VAT to the stated prices. Upon completion of a booking for one or more Services, the Client agrees to pay for the agreed-upon services by card directly on-site following the provision of the service.
Personal Data
Noid processes the Client’s personal data in accordance with Noid’s privacy policy.
Confidentiality
All Noid employees are bound by a duty of confidentiality and professional secrecy toward individual patients.
Force Majeure
Noid is exempt from liability for failure to fulfill its obligations under the Order and these General Terms and Conditions if such failure is due to circumstances beyond Noid’s control and which Noid could not have, or reasonably should not have, foreseen at the time the Service was ordered and these General Terms and Conditions were entered into, e.g., war, civil war, fire, flood, labor disputes, disruption of public communications, disruption of the public energy supply, or similar circumstances.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership, copyright, and all other rights to Noid’s trademark, all documents, courses, or materials used and/or provided by Noid on an exclusive basis.
Feedback and Complaints
If the Customer and/or Client is not satisfied with the performance of the Service, the Customer shall contact Noid at info@noidhealth.se
